If ever there was a company who cared about their customers, it is this one. They were very thorough in being sure that we knew when he would arrive to pick up our mattresses and he even called to let me know when he was on his way. He was polite and friendly. I liked that it was same day removal and he arrived within a few hours after I called them. Even the phone operators were friendly and helpful.
