Howard and JJ were ABSOLUTE ROCKSTARS ⭐ They followed the directions I left for them on getting to the correct warehouse bay. They were very communicative, respectful of our space, and flexible with my time (I was conducting a meeting during their visit). Both gentlemen were efficient; I really appreciate how thorough, and detail oriented they were. Howard and JJ also left the space so clean, as if I didn’t have 8 pallets of junk sitting in my warehouse for 6+ months. I would love to work with them again for any removal needs. Additionally, Doug (our commercial accounts manager) was amazing to work with! I originally scheduled online for Friday (January 9th); but I rescheduled for same day (Thursday, January 8th). He worked with me without missing a beat. He made this process so easy, and his open communication with me made for an excellent experience – even with my last-minute change in schedule.
