Alex and David were great! Efficient and very friendly, made process easy but the price was a bit of a shock. I think had i been able to get a better estimate ahead of time I would have been able to make a better decision for my needs. I think that need process needs to be rethought, especially in this time where consumers are doing more pricing research.
