Melwin and Michael were incredibly friendly and kind. I just moved here so they understood I was stressed with the amount of boxes piling up in my apartment. They worked with me on the price and were very quick to get the job done.

We tried everything to donate an old upright piano; nobody wanted it. But I went to the GOTJUNK website and was surprised I could make an appointment for just a few hours later on a Sunday. Sure enough, they showed up on time and got it out of the house with no damage. It's 100 years old so it was HEAVY. I thought it would take 6 guys to get it out of the house, but just two guys -- Carl and Derek -- took care of everything. But here's why I'm writing the review: Carl and Derek weren't just strong as oxes, they were incredibly nice and easy to work with. Couldn't have been friendlier! And were wonderful with our dog. I couldn't recommend those two guys more highly. We're moving and will need more stiff removed, and they'll definitely get called by us again.
