1-800-GOT-JUNK sent out two employees Jose and Raheem to my home in January 2025 to remove a room full of large furniture. Communication: They contacted me a few days before to remind me of the appointment and also to let me know that they had openings should I wish to move the appt date up. They also called the morning of the appointment to confirm the address, time and also provide a. ETA. Onsite: They explained the process and provided an estimate with a Not To Exceed price. Once I agreed, work began. The service and attention to detail was excellent with care for my home as well as keeping my furniture donation in good condition for reuse. I’d strongly recommend this team and would hire them again for any donation and pick up needs.
